Our Community
EAGLECTEST is a small community of homeowners who in 1984 developed COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&R's). CC&R's were revised in 2007 and due for another revision in 2027. The community elected a BOARD OF DIRECTORS, a body of homeowners dedicated to management of the community.
The ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE (AC) was appointed to create guidelines and rules for home construction and remodeling: The AC RULES. A shortened version of the CC&R's is found in the COMMUNITY RULES. Future property owners and HOA members are provided a copy of CC&R's by their Real-estate Agent.
All documents can be requested by emailing any member or the Board.
HOA Annual Meeting
All HOA members are invited to the 2025 Eaglecrest HOA Annual Meeting,
on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM. It will be held at the Community Center
1785 Edmonds Circle, White Mountain Lake, AZ 85912 at 10:00 AM.
The Agenda will be to address community needs, improvements, provide the
financial report and the AC report.

The mission of ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE is to protect property values and make the neighborhood an enjoyable, safe and desirable place to live in accordance with the Eaglecrest CC&R's and the AC Rules.
