Eaglecrest Homeowners Community, nestled in the picturesque White Mountain region of northern Arizona, is a small but vibrant homeowners association. Surrounded by cedar, pine, and mountain grasslands, residents enjoy the occasional visits of deer, elk, hawks, and a resident bold eagle. The community offers easy access to the quality Birdie Ranch Golf Course, Silver Creek, and the adjoining White Mountain Lake, providing a wealth of recreational opportunities for property owners. The lake is restricted for use by White Mountain residents, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive environment.
White Mountain Lake offers water sports, swimming and fishing. Adding to the enjoyment of residents are the distant views of Mongolian mountain range, which stretch from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado to the Gulf of Mexico.

Boat ramps, a fishing pier, lake parking and summer boat storage is available. Eaglecrest residents can build a dock on private property for direct access to the lake.
Our private community, welcomes visitors to drive through the neighborhood and look at prospective homesites.
The HOA was incorporated 1984, and has 132 lots. Properties range from 1/3 to 1/2 acre. The community maintains paved roads. It has underground utilities: the APS ( kelly.bailey@aps.com ) and Voyager Water and Sewer.

Size for new home is 1800 sq. ft. with an attached two car garage. Additional storage, RV garage and boat storage can be built.
Many homesites are located along the golf course, others abut the lakefront or Silver creek.
The community has Restricted Declaration of Rules (CC&R's) approved by the Navajo County Corporation Commission. Volunteer board members are voted into office for a two year term.
